• PrinterPal.lk sells printers, cartridges, toners, and related accessories.

• Product availability, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or order verification.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

• Payments can be made via:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Direct Bank Transfer

  • KOKO (3 or 6 monthly installments, subject to eligibility)

  • PayHere Payment Gateway (Credit & Debit Cards)

• PrinterPal.lk does not store or process card details directly.

5. Delivery

• Delivery charges are calculated based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service and destination.

• PrinterPal.lk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only as per our Delivery & Return Policy.

• Return requests must be made within the specified time period.

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Warranty

• Products are covered by manufacturer or supplier warranties where applicable.

• Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrinterPal.lk shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses resulting from improper use of products

• Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers
